Husband of Sheila Lifschutz Halpern, Father of Dr. Neil Halpern of Teaneck, NJ, Risa Weinstein of West Hempstead, NY and Beth Sitt of Flatbush, NY. Brother to Hannah Edelman of Lawrence, NY.
The funeral will take place at the Flatbush Park Jewish Center at 11 am Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 6363 Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY and the Kevurah will be at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, NY.
