Passing of Kevin Leifer

We regret to inform you of the passing of Kevin Leifer, husband of Erica Leifer and father of Sarah Leifer (SKA ’00), and former faculty member, Megan Rosen (SKA ’06). The Funeral will be held in the Young Israel of Hillcrest Saturday night, January 18th at 7:30PM at 169-07 Jewel Avenue, Fresh Meadows, NY. The burial will be held Sunday evening, January 19th at approximately 7:00PM at Eretz Hachaim Cemetery, Beit Shemesh, Israel. Shiva will be observed at the Leifer residence until Sunday morning January 26th at 69-11 167th Street, Flushing, NY Minyanim: Shacharit- 8:00AM Mincha/Ma’ariv- 4:45PM The funeral has already taken place and shiva has begun. Shiva is being observed at the Haft residence, 67-46 179th Street, Flushing through Thursday morning, January 9th. Minyanim: Shacharit- 8:30am Mincha-Maariv- 4:30pm
