Passing of Irving Wengrofsky

With profound sorrow we announce the passing of former parent and grandparent Irving Wengrofsky, z”l husband of Judy Wengrofsky, former HAFTR nursery secretary, and father of Robert Wengrofsky (‘79), Randi Wengrofsky Gottesman (‘84, Steven Gottesman, MS ’82) and First grade teacher, Debra Wengrofsky Haft, (’91) and grandfather of Aaron Wengrofsky (‘10), Nicole Wengrofsky (‘13), Alyssa Wengrofsky (‘17), 3rd grade teacher, Daniella Haft Nierenberg (’16, Benjamin Nierenberg‘15) Jeremy Haft (‘20), Ariana Haft (12th grade) and great grandfather Chand Nierenberg (T). The Funeral will be tomorrow, Sunday, November 6th at 11:00 a.m. at Boulevard Chapel in Hewlett. The family requests No visitors before the Funeral. Shiva will be observed at the Wengrofsky residence 532 Waterview Drive, Cedarhurst through Friday afternoon, November 11th.
