We announce with sorrow the passing of Dr. David Bryk, husband of
Harriet Bryk, father of Dr. Eli Bryk and Joel Bryk and sister of Esther Slochowsky.
The funeral will take place Sunday, October 21st, 9:00 am at the Boulevard Chapels in Hewlett.Kevurah will take place in Israel on Monday, October 22nd, at 2:00pm at Eretz HaChaim, outside of Beit Shemesh.
Joel Bryk will sit shiva on Monday evening 5pm-9pm at the Reich residence, 29 Sapir Street, Nof Ayalon, Israel. He will continue sitting shiva Tuesday morning October 23rd at his brother, Eli’s home, 234 Briarwood Crossing, Lawrence.
Harriet and Esther will begin sitting shiva on Sunday, at Harriet’s apartment, 5517 Cedarhurst Avenue, Cedarhurst, through Monday evening.
Beginning Tuesday morning, shiva will be observed by all at the home of Laurie and Eli, 234 Briarwood Crossing, Lawrence.
Minyanim: Shacharit – 7:30am, Sunday – 8:30am.
Mincha / Ma’ariv – 5:50pm.
Harriet will be getting up from shiva Friday afternoon, October 26th, Eli will be getting up from shiva Sunday morning, October 28th.
