The funeral will take place on Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018, at 1:00pm, graveside, at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont.
Shiva will be observed at 96 Southern Parkway, Plainview, NY 11803, until Tuesday morning, October 9th, 2018.
