We regret to inform you of the passing of Jack Lebovitz, beloved father of Allan Lebovitz (of 556 Green Place).
The funeral will take place on Wednesday, June 14th, at 2:00pm at the Boulevard Funeral Home in Hewlett.
Shiva will be observed at the Lebovitz residence, 556 Green Place, Woodmere, until Tuesday morning, June 20th.
