Passing of Jack Hauptman

With profound sorrow we announce the passing of former parent Jack Hauptman, z”l husband of Mimi Hauptman and father of Melissa Hauptman Shachar (’06). The Funeral will take place on Sunday, November 13th, at 12:30 p.m. at Boulevard-Riverside Chapels at 1450 Broadway in Hewlett. The Burial will take place following at Agudath Sholom Cemetery in Stamford, Connecticut. Shiva will be observed at the Hauptman residence 170 East Rockaway Road, Hewlett from Sunday night through Tuesday night. Shiva will continue at the Shachar residence 4701 Sarazen Drive, Hollywood, Florida from Wednesday afternoon through Friday afternoon.
